  • When playing golf at Hornsea, you would expect to be in a pleasant environment. Whilst not wishing to impose onerous restrictions on you, we would ask you to respect the following Terms and Conditions. These are intended to make your visit as enjoyable as possible, in a relaxing environment.

     

    DRESS CODE & GUIDELINES ON THE USE OF MOBILE PHONES

    On the Course:

    Conventional golf clothing and shoes are required at all times. Shorts must be tailored. Blue denim jeans, trainers and shell suits are not acceptable. Mobile phones should not be used, except in silent mode in case of emergency

    In the Clubhouse:

    Smart casual clothing is allowed at all times. Blue denim jeans and trainers are allowed in the Rolston Bar but not elsewhere. Distressed jeans, track suits and shell suits are not acceptable.

    Mobile phones should not be used in the Lounge or Dining Room. Members and visitors are requested to be considerate to others in the use of their mobiles elsewhere in the Clubhouse. The Captain, Lady Captain, Directors and senior personnel may request any member or visitor, not complying with the above code or guidelines to comply or, alternatively, withdraw from the Course or Clubhouse.

    Tee times will become guaranteed on receipt of your written confirmation together
    with a deposit of £5 per person. The deposit is non-returnable if a reduction in
    numbers is not notified to the Club at least 7 days prior to the date of play. Increase
    in numbers also needs to be checked with the Office in case of insufficient tee times.

    Payment in full must be made no later than the date of play prior to the first tee-off
    time, unless otherwise authorised by the Office.

    Insurance Disclaimer

    The Club will not be responsible for any items left unattended in the car park, clubhouse or locker/dressing rooms. The Club accepts no liability for any damage to third party property and injury, loss or damage to persons or their property whilst on the golf course, in the clubhouse or other areas of the grounds. We recommend all participants to have adequate personal golf insurance in respect of such matters.
