Vacancies for the Board of Directors

At the Board Meeting of 27^th June 2017, the following was confirmed and minuted.

The A.G.M. of Hornsea Golf Club Ltd. will take place in the Clubhouse on Thursday 24^th August at 7.30pm. All members are asked to attend in order to agree the statement of accounts for the year to 31^st March 2017.

Statements and reports will be available for collection by the end of July. Those not collected from the Clubhouse by 8^th August 2017 will be posted.

Owing to previous resignations, ends of term of office, and the end of a co-option, there will be vacancies for five directors commencing at the date of the AGM. Nominations for the post of Director should be proposed and seconded, with the agreement of the nominee, on the forms available at the office, returnable no later than 14 days before the date of the AGM.

If necessary, voting proxy forms will be available from the office from 10^th August.

Those directors standing down at the AGM are:

                        P. Lockwood            Retired

                        C. Evans                    End of Term

                        P. Yeates                  End of Term

                        M. Cooke                 Previous resignation

                        P. Duckworth          End of Co-option

I would ask any member who wishes to have an item addressed on the Agenda under ‘Any Other Important Business’ to let Yvonne Wright have details in writing by Friday 18^th August.
